All workouts are by appointment only and may be scheduled Monday-Saturday.
Water, large fresh towels and shampoo included.

The sessions must be paid for in full and in advance. ​
They are not transferable and no refund can be made.
You are kindly asked to give at least 24-hour notice of any change or cancellation of appointment. ​
Sessions cancelled without sufficient notice will automatically be liable for payment.
​Paid sessions are to be used within 6 months​​​​​​​​​​​ / ​20 sessions or more within 12 months.
